Tia Hunnicutt
Tia Hunnicutt is the Broker and Founder of Proxima Realty a boutique Brokerage that nurtures buyers and sellers in her old hometown of San Francisco, her new hometown of Oakland (30 years), and much of the East Bay, South Bay, and San Joaquin County. Her specialties are residential sales, rehab and renovation, and multi-family investment property sales. She is one of Realogy’s Top 1000 in the nation in sales volume and has had the honor of serving as the past president and MLS Chair of her local association as well as the current MLS Chair and past Executive Committee member and Regional Chair at the state level.
She studied Physics at UC Berkeley before she left to care for her young son and pursue a career in entertainment. She is a former member of the Screen Actors Guild and spent 10 years in the film and television industries. Tia enjoys the company of her husband, four children, and their Aussie Shepards, Bella and Blue, as well as practicing yoga, supporting the Realtor®️’s Relief Fund, and advocating on behalf of CAR and NAR.
Alisha Harrison
Alisha has been a real estate broker in the greater Puget Sound area of Washington state for almost 2 decades. Specializing in luxury waterfront properties, she is a resource for commercial real estate needs in her community by being a knowledgeable referral conduit. She is a keynote speaker and trainer and is currently serving as Past President for Washington REALTORS®.
Alisha lives in Allyn, Washington with her husband and their daughter. In her spare time, Alisha is the quintessential pacific northwesterner. She enjoys gathering clams and oysters on the beach, hiking, kayaking, stand-up paddle boarding and boating. She’s also an excellent hostess, loves to entertain, and is a zealous traveler.
Jairo Rodriguez
Jairo’s passion and drive, instilled in him during his military service, has led him to become a highly active member of the REALTOR® associations. He served as the North Central Jersey Association of REALTORS® (NCJAR) President in 2021 and is the current treasurer at New Jersey REALTORS® (NJR).
He also serves on the National Association of REALTORS® (NAR) Young Professionals Advisory Board as the immediate past Chair for 2024. Additionally, Jairo is a Graduate of the National Association of REALTORS® Leadership Class of 2021. Jairo’s commitment to excellence and dedication to his community and industry have made him a highly respected figure in both spheres.
Alan DeStefano
Alan is from Bristol, New Hampshire and specializes in residential real estate and property management. Beginning his real estate career in 1998, Alan was the broker/owner of Granite Group Realty Services and Lake Area Properties in Bristol and Plymouth until 2024 when he sold his company to RE/MAX Innovative.
At the national level, Alan has served on the NAR Board of Directors and numerous other committees since 2013. He is a member of the New Hampshire Association of REALTORS® and served as its state president in 2014. Additionally, he has served as a member of the NHAR Executive Committee and Board of Directors since 2005 and was the 2019 NATIONAL ASSOCIATION OF REALTORS® liaison for Region 1. Alan is an avid supporter of his local community, including the Bristol Police Canine Program, the local community center and charities throughout central New Hampshire.
Kymber Lovett-Menkiti
Kymber Lovett-Menkiti is the President of Keller Williams Capital Properties (KWCP), a brokerage with ten offices across the DC, Maryland, and Virginia region. She is also the Regional Director of Keller Williams for the Maryland / DC (MDC) Region where she oversees 4,500+agents. Kymber served as the 2020 President of the DC Association of REALTORS® and served as the 2023 Broker Liaison for the National Association of REALTORS® .
As one of the best and brightest young business leaders in the greater Washington, DC region, Kymber was recognized by the Washington Business Journal as a 40 Under 40 Honoree and a Real Estate Newsmaker by RISMedia. Kymber is a graduate of Bryn Mawr College and James Madison University and lives in Washington, DC with her family.
Michael Labout
Michael Labout is a Licensed residential real estate agent and a REALTOR member Emeritus in Colorado Springs, Colorado. An ERA Shields Real Estate top-producing agent since 1986, he is the Branch Broker for the North main office. He believes in giving back to his Associations, serving as a Director and President/Chairman of the Board of the Pikes Peak Association of REALTORS and numerous other leadership positions.
Additionally, Labout has held leadership positions within the National Association of REALTORS®. He holds the CIPS, CRS, CSP, e-PRO, GRI and Green designations and has the Commitment to Excellence (C2EX) endorsement from NAR. Michael was honored as REALTOR of the Year for PPAR and the state association, CAR. Married to wife Laurie for 35+ years, Michael and Laurie have sponsored cadets from the United States Air Force Academy with graduates serving all over the world who have become part of their family. Their passion is following and attending Formula 1 and Open Wheel racing events all over the world.
Sher Powers
Tennessee REALTORS® Immediate Past President and current C2EX Committee Chair, Sher Powers, brings a passion for strengthening the National Association of REALTORS® at a pivotal time through proven, effective leadership.
A NARLA 2020 alum with service at local, state, and national levels, Sher is the Owner/Broker of Urbane Residential Specialists in Nashville, where she lives with her amazing husband, Arden. Powers brings a background of PR and business management and is thrilled to support Collin’s campaign for 2026 First Vice President.
Ann DeFries
Ann DeFries has been a licensed REALTORS® in Fort Lauderdale, Florida for 37 years and is the 2008 National President of the Women’s Council of Realtors and a Past President of the Ft. Lauderdale Association of REALTORS®.
Active in her local and state associations, Ann has chaired several NAR committees, served as a liaison under Vince Malta and in 2025 will serve as the Vice Chair of Leadership Identification and Development. Ann is passionate about her profession and is very involved in mentoring programs.
Michael D. Oldenettel
Michael D. Oldenettel, AHWD, CRS, GRI is the Designated Managing Broker for The Real Estate Group, Inc., a large, multi-office, independent firm based in Springfield, IL. He is a Past President of the Illinois REALTORS®, a Past President of the Capital Area REALTORS® and a Past President of the Jacksonville Area Association of REALTORS®. He serves on the Board of Directors of the National Association of REALTORS®, the Illinois REALTORS® and the Capital Area REALTORS®. He was the 2021 Region 7 – Regional Vice President for the National Association of REALTORS®, and served as the Member Engagement Liaison of the Extended Leadership Team of the National Association of REALTORS® in 2023.
Outside of real estate, Oldenettel is a competitive youth soccer coach, is Chairman of the City of Jacksonville Plan Commission and Zoning Board of Appeals, is a Boy Scout Assistant Scoutmaster, is President of his congregation Church Council, and serves on the Board of Directors of the Two Rivers Land Bank.
Krista Clark
Licensed since 2006, Krista has spent her career selling real estate, focusing on multi-family and investment properties. She has had the opportunity to serve in various leadership roles at the local, state & national associations. She served as 2023 Iowa REALTORS® President, finishing her term as Immediate Past President this year.
If you ask people to describe Krista you will likely hear words like passionate, dynamic and authentic. Krista believes that’s just their friendly, nice way of saying she’s a little weird, and she embraces that to the fullest. She believes in constructive criticism and is always willing to be a part of the solution. If you ask her a question or for feedback, be prepared to receive an honest response. When she’s not seeking out opportunities to make change you will likely find Krista being bullied by her dog Eleanor, spending time with one of her 9 nieces or nephews, or, more likely, in the drive thru line at Dairy Queen ordering her nightly Reese’s Blizzard fix.
Ben Rodriguez
Ben Rodriguez AKA ” Mr. Purple Solution” is going into his 20th year in real estate but more so his 11th year involved at the state or national level. As the Broker/Owner of Triangle Real Estate for the last 17 years, he has gone from his local association President to the TEXAS REALTORS® Executive Board and more so during his tenure as the 2023 TREPAC Chairman with the #PurpleSolution Campaign.
Not only does he believe that we are truly better together, but he believes that giving back to our association and its members is the only way to better our profession. As a member of the $50,000 Hall of Fame Level with RPAC, it’s more than putting your money where your mouth is. Heather Zimmaro
Heather is a dedicated Realtor® who actively serves at the local, state, and national levels within the National Association of Realtors ® (NAR). Her commitment to excellence is evident in her leadership roles, including serving as Ohio District 5 Vice President and graduating from both the Ohio Realtors Leadership Academy and the National Association of Realtors Leadership Academy. A firm believer in the value of NAR, Heather is also a major investor in RPAC, advocating for the protection of homeownership and property rights.
A true leader in the real estate community, Heather serves as Director for both local and state associations, chairs several committees and appointments, and also holds the role of Director of Education for her brokerage. She is known for her professionalism, ethical approach, and dedication to providing personalized service, ensuring that every client receives expert guidance throughout their real estate journey.
Doyle Yates
Doyle Yates is a distinguished figure in the world of real estate, not just Northwest Arkansas but Nationally recognized as well. With a career spanning several decades, Doyle is the Managing Broker of the Fayetteville Office and is known for his extensive experience and remarkable achievements.
He earned his real estate license in 1975 and his broker’s license in 1977. Doyle served on the National Association of REALTORS® Board of Directors for 13 years, and from 2010 to 2022, he was the NAR Federal Political Coordinator for Senator John Boozman. With an impressive 30-year tenure at Coldwell Banker, he became Chairman of the Arkansas Real Estate Commission in 2022, further cementing his legacy in the industry.
Shane Cook
Shane is a Full time Realtor working with Residential, Commercial, and Investment sellers, buyers and investors in the SouthEast Valley of the Phoenix Metro area. He is also an active Investor and Developer with a 20 acre business park and 195 unit apartment complex under development. Shane is currently serving as the Arizona Realtors 2025 First Vice President, and is also a recent 2023 Graduate of the NAR Leadership Academy. He serves as the 2025 Vice Chair of the Leading Edge Advisory Board, on the Strategic Planning Committee, and as an NAR Director.
In his free time he enjoys traveling, 4X4 in his newer Bronco, shooting and spending time outdoors hiking with his wife, son, and dog.
